1. Customer Satisfaction Commitment

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer care agent at info@iowatees.com. We are committed to working with you to find a fair and timely resolution.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Most items are eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The item must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

  • All original packaging and tags (if applicable) must be included.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.


3. Custom & Personalized Items

Because we specialize in custom printing and embroidery:

  • Custom, personalized, or decorated items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error caused by Iowa Custom T-Shirts & Hats.

  • If an error was made on our end (incorrect size, design, print placement, embroidery issue, etc.), we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

  • Claims regarding custom orders must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and may require photos of the issue.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@iowatees.com.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. We will review the claim and provide replacement or refund options if approved.

We reserve the right to inspect returned merchandise before issuing a refund or replacement.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible non-custom items when:

  • The incorrect size was ordered.

  • The item is in new, unused condition.

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error by Iowa Custom T-Shirts & Hats.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not begun.

  • Once production has started on custom items, the order cannot be cancelled.
